Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I enter the Promptober prize drawing?

Create art inspired by the prompts on the 2026 Promptober calendar. Post your art on social media or in our Discord server. For posts on social media, include #Promptober and tag @drawordie.co on each post.

Then visit promptober.com between October 28 and November 3 to complete the prize entry form. Each prompt completed equals one entry.

Who can win a prize during Promptober?

Entrants must be 18 or older and legal residents of the United States. See the full eligibility guidelines in the Official Rules below.

Do I have to draw all 31 prompts to enter?

No! When you complete the entry form, each drawing posted (and tagged, on social) counts as one entry.

Do I have to be a Draw or Die Club member to enter?

Nope. You do not need to be a member to enter. Promptober is free for everyone.

Do I have to draw or post the prompts on specific days?

No. Promptober art can be created on any day after the calendar is released, in any order. Posts count as long as they're up by November 3 with #Promptober in the description (and @drawordie.co tagged on social).

Do I have to create in a certain medium?

Feel free to create using any physical or digital medium: sketch, ink, paint, or create digitally. No interpretive dance or spoken word is accepted at this time.

Are the prizes awarded based on the quality of the art?

No. We encourage you to use this practice to improve your art skills. All art is counted equally regardless of the composition or skill level of the artist.

Can I win more than one prize?

Winners may only win one prize during the final drawing. Spread your entries across the packs you'd be happy to win.

When and where can I watch the live prize drawing?

Join us on the Draw or Die YouTube channel for the live prize drawing on Saturday, November 7 at 7 pm ET. Winners do not need to be present on the livestream to win, and will also be notified by email.

How are winners picked?

Winners are selected by a random drawing, and the drawings are public at Random.org. Results will be available after November 7, 2026.

Where is the entry form?

The prize entry form is open now, right here on promptober.com, and closes November 3 at 11:59 pm ET.
